1. Refund Policy
- Digital Books: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of Download.
- Refunds will only be issued for wrong books.
- Refund requests can be made by filling out our Refund Request Form.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- eBooks are non-refundable once purchased, due to their digital nature.
3. Return Process
To request a return or refund for eligible items, please contact us and complete the Refund Request Form. Once approved, your amount will be processed and credited within 5 – 10 days.
